PHASE 2 ISP CORE AND ACCESS NETWORK

PDC Telecommunication Services Sdn Bhd (PDC Telco) are pleased to invite qualified vendors or companies with proven experience in ISP Core and Access Networks, specifically involving products from JUNIPER NETWORKS, FORTINET and TP-LINK to submit their tenders for the provision of related services. Interested parties should provide proof of their qualifications and ensure they meet the following criteria.

Tender Requirements:

1. Payment of RM50.00: A non-refundable payment of RM50.00 is required to participate in this tender. Kindly ensure payment is made to the account provided below.
   
   
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): A signed NDA must be submitted - either a newly signed NDA for new vendors or a signed copy of the existing NDA for current vendors. This must be returned along with the payment receipt.
   
   
3. Tender Documents: The full set of tender documents will be shared once we have received both the signed NDA and payment receipt.

Tender Closing Date:

The deadline for tender submission is on or before 12:00 noon, 21st May 2025.

Vendors/Companies for ISP Core and Access Network:

We invite vendors or companies with relevant experience and expertise in providing ISP Core and Access Network services to submit their proposals. Please ensure that your company meets the technical and operational requirements for ISP Core and Access Network infrastructure.

It is mandatory that tenderer provide the following:

1. A list of relevant experience in providing ISP Core and Access Network services.
   
   
2. Details of similar projects your company has successfully completed.
   
   
3. References from previous clients within the same industry.

Submission Instructions:

To complete your submission, please:

1. Make the required payment of RM50 to the account specified above.
   
   
2. Sign the attached NDA and return it along with the payment receipt. Please submit both the signed NDA and payment receipt via email to firdaus@pdctelco.com.my, using the subject line: PDCTELCO/T_ND/003/2025: PHASE 2 ISP CORE AND ACCESS NETWORK.
   
   
3. Once we have received both the signed NDA and payment receipt, we will promptly issue the full tender documents to you via email.
   
   
4. Tender document that have been completed should be placed in a sealed envelope and labeled "PDCTELCO/T_ND/003/2025: PHASE 2 ISP CORE AND ACCESS NETWORK". The documents must be submitted to the below-mentioned office address on or before 12:00 noon, 21st May 2025.
