MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
PDC Telecommunication Services Sdn Bhd (PDC Telco), a subsidiary of PDC Premier Holdings Sdn Bhd. We are Network Facilities Provider (NFP) and Network Service Provider (NSP) licensee registered with the Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communication Executive to join PDC Telco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various channels. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To deliver and implement campaigns and projects. He / She must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results.
- Overall responsible for marketing activities to lead generation and acquire new business.
- Develop revenue growth through marketing activities for new customer acquisition, education, engagement, and retention.
- Be alert and sensitive in competitor intelligence, analysing market trends and explore ways to improve existing services and new business.
- Responsible for the creation of compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, press releases, and marketing collateral.
- Social media: identify and feature stories/testimonials/profiles/launches and announcements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or the Management.
- Reporting to Business Development Manager, you are pivotal to the success of all marketing initiatives online, offline, and through-the-line, from the planning, development, and execution.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor;s Degree in Business/Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, and other related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Resourceful, meticulous and organised with an eye for details.
- Willing to roll up sleeves and work on the ground to ensure the achievement of all KPIs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Must possess ability to work on designed with Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and related software.
- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Power Point, Word and IT savvy.
