Completed Tender documents should be put in a sealed envelope and written "TENDER FOR RESTORATION WORKS AND INSTALLATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE TELECOMMUNICATIONS DUCTS AND MAINHOLES IN BATU KAWAN, PENANG" documents must be submitted at the office above-mentioned office address on or before 28 February 2017 before 12.00 noon.
